Tumbling

Our Tumbling class focuses on the basics and fundamentals of Tumbling for both Cheerleaders & Gymnasts. Students learn proper timing and body positioning through practice and repetition, gaining the strength and flexibility needed to master skills like handstands, all the way to back-handsprings and back-tucks.
